Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for clients and internal marketing.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social media platforms.

Content Planning & Coordination
- Plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories, carousels,



videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, content writers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.

Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and mentions across all platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and engage with followers to build strong online communities.
- Manage online reputation and escalate customer concerns when required.

Campaign Management
- Plan and execute organic social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with the paid marketing team for integrated campaign execution.
