The impact you’ll make:
As a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you are not just overseeing projects - you’re orchestrating breakthroughs in support of Owning the Outcome. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through successful project execution blending your technical excellence with strategic planning to deliver new or upgraded products. Your role is vital, owning technical projects from initiation through delivery using your expertise in planning, directing, and monitoring schedules and budget.

What you’ll do:
- Perform technical program management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of company’s products and services.
- Develop and present program plans to senior management, gain buy in and deliver results.
- Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the program i.e. product/ solution release on schedule and within budget constraints.




- Monitors the program from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
- Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to drive to solutions and alignment (with program objective, product release and material cut-in strategies, Excess & Obsolete (E&O;) and effectivities)
- Assist in the definition and institutionalizing of new processes to improve effectiveness, leverage synergies and enable maturity of the organization.
- Be the change agent, driving process excellence, ownership of PDR process, responsiveness to dynamic business environment and leading by example.

Who we’re looking for:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 10+ years’ experience;
- 8+ years of technical program management.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
