Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement recent features and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Work with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Maintain project documentation and follow coding standards.
- Learn and adopt modern Android development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Android app development.
- Familiarity with Kotlin and/or Java.
- Understanding of Android Studio and the Android SDK.
- Basic knowledge of XML for Android UI design.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
- Understanding of Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room, Navigation).
- Familiarity with Material Design principles.
- Experience with Firebase services.
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture.
- Understanding of app publishing on the Google Play Store is a plus.
