Job Description - Factory Operations Supervisor
- Purchase and Procurement: Manage the purchase of raw materials, components, tools, consumables, and other factory requirements while ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors; obtain quotations, negotiate prices and payment terms, and follow up for timely deliveries.
- Production and Sales Coordination: Coordinate between the Sales and Production teams to communicate order requirements, priorities, delivery timelines, and production status.
- Quality Control and Dispatch: Supervise product quality checks, packaging, documentation, inventory movement, and timely dispatch of finished goods to customers.
- Repairs and Factory Operations: Coordinate machinery, product, and equipment repairs; monitor daily factory operations, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth workflow and timely order completion.
