About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who doesn't just execute briefs ; someone who understands a client's product well enough to make a scroll-stopping creative out of it, on the first try, using AI tools as a force-multiplier rather than a crutch.

Shipra Technologies is a Digital & AI agency. Our creative output is one of the first things a prospective client sees, and we want it to do the selling for us — a local SMB or small agency owner should look at our work and think _"I need whoever made this."_ This role is central to that.

You'll work across static AI-generated social creatives, print/digital brochures for product presentations, and AI-assisted Reels/short-form video for social + Meta Ads — for multiple clients across real estate, hospitality, education, and compliance/skilled services.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

AI-Powered Social Media Creatives
- Generate and refine AI images (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Ideogram,



or similar) for daily/weekly social content across client accounts
- Composite, retouch, and finish AI outputs in Photoshop/Illustrator so they look brand-accurate and client-ready — not "obviously AI"
- Design carousel posts, static ads, festival/offer creatives, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

Brochures & Product Presentation Design
- Design print and digital brochures, one-pagers, and pitch-deck visuals for client product/service launches
- Translate technical or dense product information into a clean, persuasive visual layout
- Work directly from client inputs (specs, floor plans, service lists, pricing) and turn them into something a customer actually wants to read

AI & Reel Video Editing
- Edit short-form video (Reels/Shorts) for organic social and paid Meta Ads — hooks, pacing, captions, trending audio, on-brand motion graphics
