Job description:
Job Title: Intern - Inbound Student Support

Location: Jaipur ( Work From Office )

Internship Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

This is a non-sales role involving only inbound calls. No outbound calling or sales targets are involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from students regarding admission-related queries.
- Guide students through the admission process.
- Assist students in resolving issues while filling admission forms.
- Coordinate with the technical team for technical concerns.
- Follow up on pending queries until resolution.
- Maintain records of student interactions and issue resolutions.
- Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
