What you’ll own
- Supports secure access and network security platforms, including Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Proxy, SASE, Secure Access, IPS/IDS, and related firewall security capabilities.
- Administers and maintains security technologies such as Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, Palo Alto Networks Panorama, NGFW, Prisma Access, Threat Prevention, and similar enterprise security platforms.
- Researches and analyzes attempted efforts to compromise security controls and recommends corrective actions, tuning opportunities, and long-term solutions.
- Participates in incident mitigation activities and supports response efforts for high-severity issues affecting secure access and network security services.
- Maintains and supports firewall-adjacent controls, IPS/IDS capabilities, and applicable encryption and inspection technologies.
- Creates and maintains information security documentation,



including standards, procedures, runbooks, configuration guidance, and operational support materials.
- Completes security-related requests and changes in accordance with company requirements, change management processes, and operational procedures.
- Performs validation, testing, rollout planning, rollback preparation, and post-change review for security platform changes.
- Responds to information security-related questions and inquiries using established tools, processes, and procedures.
- Resolves and/or performs follow-through to resolve information security issues, access problems, control failures, and user-impacting security events.
- Implements and administers information security controls using enterprise software platforms and vendor security systems.
- Monitors and improves logging, telemetry, and visibility across secure access and network security platforms.
