The Opportunity

We are not looking for a salesperson—we are looking for a business builder.

If you have successfully won security service contracts, built long-term client relationships, and understand how to sell manpower solutions to corporate clients, we'd like to speak with you.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence the company's growth while earning attractive performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across corporate, industrial, commercial, logistics, healthcare, educational,



hospitality, and automotive sectors.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Procurement Heads, Plant Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Close new contracts and ensure smooth handover for deployment.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide weekly business reports.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Experience
- 4-15 years of Business Development experience in the security services or facility management industry.
- Proven track record of winning B2B security contracts.
- Robust network among corporate decision-makers.
- Experience working with reputed security or facility management companies is highly preferred.
