KRC Infraprojects Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage financial planning, compliance, and reporting for highway infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Maintain project accounts, ledgers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements for highway projects.
- Monitor fund utilization, toll revenue, and project expenditure.
- Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure statutory compliance under Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and concession agreements.
- Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for timely completion of audits.
- Prepare compliance notes and financial annexures for submission to authorities.
- Project & Contract Support:
- Review financial clauses in concession agreements and EPC/O&M; contracts.
- Assist in drafting financial justifications for claims, variations,



and force majeure events.
- Support project teams with cost-benefit analysis and financial risk assessments.
- Stakeholder Reporting:
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and government authorities for project financing and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience (preferably in infrastructure/highway projects).
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills for professional correspondence.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
