Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Delivery: Teach French to students in grades 6th to 8th, following the CBSE curriculum, with a focus on language acquisition, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural knowledge.
- Lesson Planning: Design and implement engaging and comprehensive lesson plans, ensuring that lessons are both challenging and accessible for all students, and aligned with the curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom setting, encouraging active student participation and fostering a love for the French language and culture.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments (both formative and summative) to evaluate students’ understanding, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Language Skills Development: Focus on improving students’ proficiency in French, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, through a variety of methods including role-plays, discussions, and written exercises.
- Cultural Integration: Integrate French culture, traditions,



and current events into lessons to give students a broader understanding of the language’s context and global significance.
- Student Support: Provide additional support for students who need help with the language, including offering remedial lessons or one-on-one assistance when necessary.
- Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents about their child’s progress, concerns, and achievements, offering suggestions for home-based learning.
- Professional Development: Continuously improve teaching practices by attending relevant workshops, conferences, and engaging with new pedagogical strategies and materials.
