We are seeking an experienced Team Lead - Australian Tax to lead our taxation outsourcing division. This role involves managing client engagements, ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations, and guiding a team to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and review of Australian tax returns (individuals, companies, trusts, SMSFs).
- Ensure compliance with ATO requirements and deadlines.
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity.
- Supervise and mentor tax staff, ensuring quality control and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance on complex tax matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and workflows.

Qualifications & Skills
- CPA/CA qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Australian taxation.
- Strong knowledge of ATO compliance, tax legislation, and SMSF rules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
- Experience in outsourcing/offshore team management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
