Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, budgets, audiences, creatives, and keywords to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Lead Quality.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.




- Recommend new strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
- Solid understanding of paid search, remarketing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in budget management, bid strategies, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing aut
