Role: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

About the Role:We're looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Intern who is passionate about content,social media and brand building. You'll work closely with the marketing team to strengthen SmartBridge'sonline presence, engage our community & support campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research trending topics, industry updates, hashtags, and viral content ideas for LinkedIn,Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Create engaging social media content including captions, carousels, short videos, and reels.
- Manage day-to-day communication across all social media platforms by responding tocomments, direct messages, mentions, and audience queries promptly.
- Monitor and manage Google Business Profile by responding to reviews, updating businessinformation, and publishing regular posts.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and program promotions.




- Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports with insights & recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates & competitor activities.

Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video concepts.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.
- Robust research and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business,Journalism, BBA, BTech or a related field.
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile management is an added advantage.
- Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or
