About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design from concept development to construction and final handover.
- Develop and review architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically strong, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable building regulations and development authority norms.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, fire, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and resolve technical and design issues during execution.
- Guide and mentor architects, junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Support project teams in obtaining necessary building plan/map approvals and statutory clearances.




- Visit project sites periodically to monitor design implementation and resolve architectural issues.
- Review material selections, architectural details, and specifications to ensure alignment with the approved design.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure that execution follows approved drawings and design intent.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with NBC, applicable IS Codes, local building bylaws, development authority regulations, fire and environmental requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Arch from a recognized institution; M.Arch will be an advantage.
- 8-15+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM workflows is preferred.
