Supervise and coordinate masonry, RCC, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and other building construction activities.
- Read and understand construction drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Allocate daily work to masons, carpenters, bar benders, helpers, and other workmen.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and other departments.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and instructions.
- Check line, level, alignment, dimensions, and workmanship before and during execution.
- Ensure proper sequence and timely completion of activities as per the project schedule.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the site team to avoid material shortages.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of construction materials and tools.
- Supervise shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, blockwork/brickwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and finishing works.




- Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, material consumption, and site activities.
- Identify site issues and immediately report them to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure workers follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site safety instructions.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping and ensure a safe and organized work area.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure their work is completed according to project requirements.
- Assist engineers in quantity measurement and preparation of work progress reports.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and communicate daily work instructions to workers.
- Ensure minimum rework by maintaining proper workmanship and quality standards.
- Perform any other construction-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
