Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Property Supervisor to manage day-to-day property and warehouse operations, coordinate with vendors and clients, supervise staff, and ensure proper maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse/property operations, security & housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, civil, electrical, plumbing & other works
- Manage client move-in & move-out activities
- Oversee property maintenance,



inspections & safety compliance
- Maintain company assets, inventory & records
- Handle emergencies and administrative tasks as required

Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Marathi preferred)
- Property / facility management experience
- Vendor & client coordination
- Good administrative & multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Working Days & Timings:
Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
