As we continue to scale our lending business, we're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager / Corporate Trainer who can build a solid learning culture and develop high-performing teams across the organization.This role is ideal for someone who understands the NBFC/Digital Lending ecosystem and has hands-on experience in training employees across lending operations, credit, collections, customer support, sales, compliance, and other business functions.

What You'll Do:
- Design and deliver onboarding, induction, functional, behavioral, leadership, and refresher training programs.
- Build and strengthen the organization's learning culture through structured capability-building initiatives.
- Develop training content, SOPs, process manuals, and role-based learning journeys.
- Identify skill gaps and partner with business leaders to improve employee performance and productivity.




- Deliver training on lending products, customer lifecycle, RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, compliance, and company policies.
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

We're Looking For:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Training.
- Mandatory experience in an NBFC, FinTech, or Digital Lending organization.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, customer lifecycle, credit, collections, compliance, and RBI regulations.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in creating training frameworks, competency models, SOPs, and learning content.
