Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, home healthcare agencies, and specialized wound care centres to provide effective ostomy care support.
- Identify potential retailers, sub dealers and ensure stocks to be available.
- Identify, generate, and follow up on current patient leads received post-surgery from healthcare institutions.
- Achieve sales targets along with the number of leads to be generated.
- Educate patients and caregivers on ostomy management, stoma care, and the appropriate use of available pouching systems.
- Train patients on proper hygiene practices, pouch replacement procedures, and skin care management around the stoma.
- Assess individual body profiles to ensure correct fitting and optimal performance of ostomy pouching systems, minimizing leakage and discomfort.




- Monitor stoma health and support proper healing of the wound site through continuous care and follow-up.
- Provide dietary and lifestyle guidance to help patients maintain healthy bowel function and avoid digestive complications.
- Counsel patients on how food habits may impact stoma output and coordinate with surgeons whenever medical intervention is required.
- Work in close coordination with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, obtain consent forms prior to procedures, and submit required reports and updates to the reporting manager and company.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
