Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose technical faults and perform timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and maintenance protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and service reports.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and external vendors.
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Support maintenance budgeting and help control operational and repair costs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, energy efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives.




- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance and equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, or industrial operations.
- Practical knowledge of machinery maintenance, electrical systems, and building services.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and workplace safety standards.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, systems, and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
