Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to drive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for our robotics products. You will work closely with the founding team to identify opportunities, engage with customers,



conduct product demonstrations, and help grow our presence in the robotics and autonomous systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads across universities, research institutions, government organizations, industries, and channel partners.- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (online and in person).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Represent AutoMind Dynamics at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop relationships with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address technical queries during customer discussions.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
