Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital leads.
- Sell enterprise telecom solutions including:
- Internet Lease Line (ILL)
- VoIP Solutions
- Cloud PBX
- SIP Trunk
- Cloud Dialer
- MPLS
- Point-to-Point (P2P) Connectivity
- AI Calling Solutions
- Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, online demos, and customer meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and close enterprise sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of telecom networking and cloud communication solutions.
- Enterprise account management experience.
- CRM software experience (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Solid presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of ISP and telecom infrastructure.
