Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound leads.
Understand client requirements and provide initial consultation.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales/design team.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain lead records in CRM.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Sales Coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Experience in the Interior Design, Real Estate, or Home Improvement industry is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹9,872.59 - ₹39,844.58 per month
Work Location: In person
