Business Development Associate

HyreSpot is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to lead business development and sales activities within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for expanding the company's market presence, developing a strong channel partner network, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve territory objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners and business associates.
- Expand market reach by developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing networks.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through direct sales and partner-led business opportunities.
- Provide channel partners with product knowledge, sales guidance, and business support.
- Conduct partner meetings, business reviews, product presentations, and training sessions.
- Monitor sales performance, lead generation, partner productivity,



and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and implement improvement plans to maximize business performance.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and business pipeline reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and performance updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Recruitment, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent HyreSpot professionally at client meetings, partner discussions, and business events.

Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Area Sales, Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, or Partner Management.
