Key ResponsibilitiesBanking Operations
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Handle current accounts, CC (Cash Credit), OD (Overdraft), BG (Bank Guarantee), and LC (Letter of Credit).
- Coordinate day-to-day banking transactions and documentation.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.

Loan Management
- Process Working Capital Loans and Term Loans.
- Prepare CMA Data, Financial Statements, Project Reports, and MIS required by banks.
- Ensure timely EMI and interest payments.
- Maintain loan schedules and repayment records.

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify banking documents.
- Maintain loan agreements and security documents.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and company secretaries.




- Ensure RBI and banking compliance requirements are met.

Financial Analysis
- Monitor cash flow requirements.
- Prepare fund flow and cash flow statements.
- Assist management in arranging project finance and business expansion funding.
- Analyze banking charges and negotiate better facilities.

Banking Coordination
- Liaise with Relationship Managers of banks.
- Follow up on sanction letters, disbursements, and renewals.
- Handle documentation for collateral and mortgage-related matters.
- Coordinate with legal and valuation agencies whenever required.

Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly banking MIS.
- Submit reports to the Finance Head and Management.
- Monitor loan utilization and covenant compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in banking, finance, or loan management.
