Senior Lead - Technology Strategy & Planning Analyst

About the Role

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on untangling complexity, building structure where none exists, and translating dense financial and operational data into crisp executive narratives.

What You'll Do Financial Forecasting & Planning
- Own the end-to-end financial forecasting process for the Technology function, including monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles, as well as multi-year strategic plans.
- Build and maintain integrated forecast models that capture run-the-business costs, change-the-business investments, capitalized vs. expensed spend, and headcount.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A;, and Technology leaders to reconcile variances, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend course corrections. Capacity & Resource Planning:




- Develop capacity planning frameworks that align technology demand (projects, products, run activities) with supply (internal headcount, contractors, vendor resources).

Translate workforce and infrastructure plans into financial impact and surface trade-offs for leadership decisions.
- Build scenario models to stress-test capacity assumptions against shifting business priorities.

Disparate Systems & Data Integration
- Reconcile financial, operational, and vendor data sourced from multiple disparate corporate systems (e.g., ERP, ITSM, HRIS, procurement, CMDB, time tracking, contract management).
- Establish repeatable processes and data models that bring coherence to fragmented sources of truth, and partner with technology teams to drive longer-term system improvements.
- Define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards that hold up across the function.
