A Production Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and within quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Production Engineer (Mechanical)1. Production Planning & Control
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
- Coordinate with planning, purchase, stores, and quality departments.
- Monitor production progress and resolve delays.

2. Process Management
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Prepare process sheets, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Improve productivity through process optimization.
- Reduce cycle time and eliminate bottlenecks.

3. Shop Floor Supervision
- Supervise fabrication, machining, assembly, welding, and finishing activities.
- Allocate manpower and machine resources effectively.
- Ensure proper utilization of equipment and materials.
- Monitor operator performance and provide guidance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
