Digital Tools Deployment
- Lead the deployment of current digital tools and related processes in coordination with the Digital Subject Matter Expert Team or Group Digital teams and within the given regional perimeter and targeted timeframe
- Within the managed region, train internal and external key-users on the digital tools functionality and offering support as needed.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams during the tool and data testing and debugging phase, and in case of technical issues.

Digital Tools monitoring
- In coordination with his/her manager, develop adoption tracking KPI and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Support his/her manager to efficiently collect data generated by tool usage for analysis and reporting.

Digital Tools Support




- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to digital tools during its lifecycle management, filtering and consolidating improvement or modification proposals to the appropriate regional or global Digital Subject matter Expert and/or front/back-end development teams
- Track improvement proposals implementation supporting his/her manager on building the Digital RoadMap KPI board

Customer Data Management
- Act as regional referent for customer data management (Data Steward/Stewardess).
- Monitor data quality through KPIs.
- Coordinate and animate local data governance (training, processes)
- Work with central governance (raise improvements, consult on projects)
