Senior F&B; Captain

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹28,000-₹32,000 per month + Service Charge

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service.
- Handle POS billingand cash transactions accurately.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and professionally resolve guest concerns.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of food, beverages, and cuisine.
- Lead, train, and motivate junior service staff.
- Manage inventory and coordinate stock requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations.

Requirements:
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in Food & Beverage service.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, specialty coffee shop, or casual dining restaurant.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.




- Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
- Proven ability to lead and train a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
