- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working with developers to resolve issues.
- Execute SQL queries and work with databases to validate test results.
- Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of testing processes.
- Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the Team Lead.
