1. Factory HR Governance, HR Audit & SOP Compliance (22%):
- Lead monthly and quarterly HR audits across Noida, Kolkata and Jammu.
- Audit recruitment, employee files, attendance, payroll, contractor compliance, PMS, LMS, training, statutory records and SOP adherence.
- Develop and deploy HR SOPs and ensure 95%+ compliance.
- Ensure attendance module, LMS and HRMS are functioning without process gaps.
- Track audit observations, CAPA and repeat findings until closure.

2. Performance Management, KPI Governance & Incentive Administration (18%):
- Develop KRAs/KPIs for all HODs and managers.
- Conduct monthly HOD KPI reviews.
- Validate KPI evidence before incentive calculation.
- Run quarterly reviews, mid-year and annual PMS.
- Ensure incentive payout is linked only to verified KPI achievement and audit compliance.

3. Factory Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition (10%):
- Annual manpower budgeting and manpower norms.
- Leadership, staff and workmen hiring.
- Agency management and quality of hire.
- Joining,



induction and probation governance.
- Succession pipeline for critical vacancies.

4. Labour Administration, Statutory Compliance & Contractor Management (2%):
- Ensure labour law compliance, contractor documentation, PF/ESI, wage compliance and statutory inspection readiness.
- Support resolution of labour and contractor issues.

5. Skill Matrix, Multi-Skilling & Second-Line Development (10%):
- Develop position-wise skill matrix.
- Assess all employees against competency levels.
- Build multi-skilling plans.
- Identify successors for all critical roles.
- Track second-line readiness quarterly.

6. Training Academy, LMS & Capability Development (8%):
- Annual Training Need Analysis.
- Annual and monthly training calendar.
- Mandatory GMP, safety, behavioural and technical training.
- LMS governance, certification and effectiveness review.
- Develop internal trainers and supervisors.
