QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier I / Tier II institute

EXPERIENCE
- 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience
- Minimum 5 years managing lifestyle, youth-led or culture-driven brands
- Experience across digital-first ecosystems, partnerships, and experiential platforms preferred

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Robust ability to translate consumer insight and cultural signals into brand growth opportunities
- Demonstrated capability in design thinking and creative evaluation, with high standards of brand expression
- Proven strength in end-to-end execution, with disciplined attention to detail- Effective articulation and storytelling skills across internal and external forums
