We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager - Operations

to lead and oversee our end-to-end operational functions, including Purchase,

Supply Chain Management, Business Development, and Overall Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management
- Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity,

and quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company

objectives.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety

standards.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of business

activities.





Purchase & Procurement
- Oversee procurement planning, vendor management, and purchasing

activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials while optimizing costs and quality.
- Develop reliable vendor networks and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and reduce procurement-related risks.

Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, warehousing,

and distribution.
- Improve supply chain efficiency, lead times, and cost optimization.
- Implement systems and processes for demand planning and inventory

control.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of products/materials.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks proactively.
