Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and monitor outstanding balances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with sales/supply chain teams for reconciliation.
- Liaise with vendors and distributors for payment processing and account settlements.
- Support internal audits and assist in finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required by the management.
Required Skills:
- 7-8 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards, GST, and TDS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
