A) Who You’llWork With

Join our Revenue Strategy & Operations Tools and Technology team to work closely with cross functional teams including Product Management, Pricing and Packaging, Product Owners, Information Technology, internal and external SFDC development and operate teams, Deal Desk and Order Management.

B) What You’ll Do

In this role you will lead CPQ related initiatives related to Current Product Introduction process, Continuous Improvement and participate in transformation programs.



You will ensure that the configure price & quote process for our account teams is simple, fast, accurate and agile, while adhering to industry best practices.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Drive requirements for CPQ related user stories based on inputs from Product Management and Pricing and Packaging teams. Help Product Owners document those requirements and testing criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and the Dev team to ensure timely execution of the NPI process.
- Design and hands on keyboard prototype solutions before handing over the story to the development team.
- Create data mock ups and align them with cross functional teams.
- Participate in incident escalation triage & help the dev team with root cause analysis, then review the proposed solution.
- Prepare data grooms for data backfills & fixes
- Help process, enablement and product owner teams to document the solutions and provide inputs to release notes.
