- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for medical and diagnostic products as well as office requirements such as stationery, computers, IT equipment, furniture, and other operational supplies. The role involves vendor management, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely procurement at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities




- Source and procure medical products, laboratory supplies, and office-related items.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and issue Purchase Orders.
- Create and maintain POs and purchase records in Tally/Excel.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely deliveries.
- Track orders, shipments, and supplier performance.
- Maintain procurement documentation, including quotations, invoices, GRNs, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. (Medical/Life Sciences), Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field

Experience
- 2-5 years of purchase experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare supplies, or a related industry

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
