Job Description: Renewal Specialist - Microsoft & Adobe
Responsibilities:
- Manage renewals for Microsoft, Adobe, cybersecurity, and other software subscriptions.
- Achieve 90%+ renewal rates.
- Identify upsell and license upgrade opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth and timely renewal process.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software subscription renewals.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft and Adobe licensing.
- Solid communication, customer management, and upselling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
