Cosmos Services LLC is a growing U.S.based company providing Staffing, Facility Services, Commercial & Residential Cleaning, Property Maintenance, and Business Support Services across the United States. We are looking for energetic and experienced sales professionals to help expand our client base in the U.S. market.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the U.S. market.
- Identify business opportunities in staffing, facility services, cleaning, and related industries.
- Schedule appointments and sales meetings with decision-makers.
- Present company services with confidence using a professional U.S. communication style.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with management to achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
- Experience selling services to U.S.



businesses (Staffing, Facility Services, Cleaning, BPO, IT Services, or similar industries preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear and professional communication style.
- Solid cold-calling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to research prospects and identify decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S. clients.
- Knowledge of staffing, recruitment, facility management, or commercial cleaning services.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or other lead generation tools.

Pay: ₹13,953.78 - ₹58,199.38 per month

Experience:
- US market sales: 2 years (preferred)
