Techpase Profit Solutions is hiring a Business Development Associate to support lead generation, client follow-up, requirement understanding, meeting coordination, proposal follow-up, and business conversion activities.

This role is suitable for someone who has sales or client coordination experience, good communication skills, and the ability to understand business requirements like a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through calls, referrals, networking, events, and online channels.
- Understand client requirements and document key points clearly.
- Identify client pain points related to CRM, accounting, WhatsApp communication, follow-up, reporting, and automation.
- Explain Techpase services in a simple and professional way.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Follow up on proposals, quotations, and pending decisions.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Attend business meetings and networking events when required.
- Coordinate with the team for demos, proposals, and project discussions.




- Support client conversion and revenue collection follow-up.
- Prepare basic meeting notes, requirement summaries, and client updates.

Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client coordination, or related roles.
- Any educational background can apply.
- Business Analyst mindset is preferred.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain solutions.
- Strong Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with client calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and meetings.
- Willingness to attend client meetings and networking events when required.
- Positive follow-up discipline and professional communication.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, software, automation, or business tools will be an added advantage.
