We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator & Modeller with 6-7 years of experience to lead our digital project delivery and shape the future of our upcoming developments.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate & Collaborate: Lead cross-disciplinary clash detection matrices using Navisworks, host coordination meetings, and streamline workflows between architecture, structure, and MEP teams.
- Model with Precision: Author high-fidelity 3D models (LOD 300 to 400) and build out parametric Revit families and templates.
- Manage the CDE: Set up project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and manage data environments like Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.
- Quality Control: Run regular validation checks to ensure flawless model data, geometry, and standards compliance.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 6-7 years in the AEC industry with a strong portfolio of coordinated projects.
- Tech Stack: Expert-level Revit & Navisworks Manage.



Strong familiarity with BIM 360/ACC. (Bonus points for Dynamo or ISO 19650 knowledge).
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills—you know how to confidently run a coordination meeting and get design teams on the same page.
- Background: Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
