The Role
This role is accountable for leading integrated delivery across India & APAC, spanning managed services and consult-led transformation programmes across the full client lifecycle — from contract signature to relationship closure. Total cost managed would be appro 700 mil USD.
Key Accountabilities
End-to-End Delivery Leadership
Own delivery outcomes across run and change portfolios, ensuring seamless integration and execution across multiple markets (India, ASEAN, ANZ, North Asia, etc.).
Service Stability & Performance




Ensure resilience and stability of the operating environment.
Own service delivery quality objectives, including SLA adherence, standardised delivery models, and continuous operating efficiency improvements.
Integrated Governance & Control
Establish and lead a single, integrated governance framework across all India & APAC delivery (managed + consult).
Drive portfolio-level visibility, risk management, and performance control.
Delivery Transformation & Innovation
Evolve advanced delivery methodologies leveraging global delivery centers and collaborative hubs.
Embed innovation to enhance performance, productivity, and client satisfaction.
Standardisation & Operating Excellence
Drive consistency, standardised service delivery models, and operational efficiency across markets.
Build joint standards, methodologies, and best practices across managed services and programmes delivery.
