Utilize deep expertise and specialized technical knowledge in data storage to address complex, unique challenges within time and budget constraints.
Familiarity with NetApp or comparable storage technologies is a plus.
Proficient in data analysis and skilled at resolving issues identified through customer support case reviews.
Education

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience coupled with a Bachelor’s degree is required; alternatively, 4 years of experience may be acceptable.
