Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in IBM i (AS400/iSeries) Administration
- 3+ years of experience leading infrastructure or production support teams

Key Responsibilities
- Lead IBM i (AS400) infrastructure operations and provide L2/L3 production support.
- Manage IBM Power Systems, HMC, VIOS, PowerVM, and LPAR environments.
- Perform IBM i OS installations, upgrades, migrations, and PTF deployments.
- Administer BRMS, backup & recovery, and High Availability/Disaster Recovery solutions (MIMIX/PowerHA).




- Monitor system performance, capacity, and security, ensuring platform availability and compliance.
- Handle incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
- Coordinate with IBM and third-party vendors for critical issue resolution and infrastructure support.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of infrastructure engineers while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
