Brief Job Overview

This is a non-supervisory position responsible for supporting customer development and outreach to tier 3 and tier 4 all over India.



By developing personal working relationships with our customers and stakeholders, SCD grows customers’ awareness, understanding and preference for USP products and services which will help to achieve USP’s annual goals and objectives of SCD. The position has the primary responsibility of answering queries, generating sales and making proactive phone calls and collaborating with SCD managers for seamless transformation of information and data.

The Sales Support Role has the following responsibilities:
- To do targeted promotion of new product lines to customers every month and update those insights in sales force.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts
- Profiling a customer list based on the conversations with Tier 3 & Tier 4 customers and track their performance in sales force on a regular basis.
