Job Summary:
The AMC Coordinator is responsible for managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), coordinating preventive and breakdown maintenance visits, scheduling service engineers, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely customer support and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate AMC schedules and preventive maintenance visits.
- Plan and assign service engineers for AMC and breakdown calls.
- Maintain AMC agreements, service reports, and customer records.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and contract renewals.
- Coordinate with the procurement and stores team for spare parts availability.
- Prepare AMC quotations, renewal proposals, and invoices.
- Track pending service requests and ensure timely closure.
- Generate monthly AMC status and service reports.

Qualifications:




- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in service coordination or AMC management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Customer relationship management.
- Scheduling and planning.
- Documentation and record keeping.
- Basic technical understanding of maintenance services.
- Ability to handle multiple service requests efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
