Hiring: Accounts & POS Executive (Tally Prime | GST | Billing | Inventory)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, honest, and responsible Accounts & POS Executive who can efficiently manage the billing counter while also handling day-to-day accounting, inventory records, GST data preparation, and business reporting.

This is a multi-functional role suitable for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and back-office accounting.

Key ResponsibilitiesPOS Billing & Customer Service
- Handle customer billing through the POS system
- Accept cash, UPI, card, and wallet payments
- Ensure accurate billing and order processing
- Provide courteous customer service
- Resolve basic customer queries
- Manage opening and closing cash
- Prepare daily cash reconciliation
- Maintain billing accuracy and prevent billing errors

Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record all financial transactions in Tally Prime
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Bank reconciliation




- Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation
- Expense accounting
- Cash book maintenance
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for final accounts

GST & Compliance
- Prepare monthly GST working
- Reconcile purchase and sales registers
- Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC)
- Maintain GST records and supporting documents

Inventory Management
- Maintain stock records in Tally
- Record inward and outward stock
- Verify daily consumption of raw materials
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Identify shortages and variances
- Assist in purchase planning

MIS & Business Reporting
- Daily sales reports
- Daily cash reports
- Purchase reports
- Stock reports
- Expense reports
- Monthly MIS
- Profitability analysis

Administration
- Maintain employee attendance records
- Record staff salary advances
- Organize invoices and documents
- Maintain vendor payment schedules
- Support day-to-day admi
