Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or consultations for the sales team when required.
- Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads and close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and sales activities in the CRM or tracking system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and confidently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion.

Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in business development, telesales, telecalling, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.



Additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
