Welmont Preschool & Daycare is looking for a proactive and result-driven Operations & Marketing Manager to lead operational excellence and support the organisation's growth across all centres. Based at our Head Office in Lalkothi, Jaipur, the role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring implementation of SOPs, monitoring centre performance, and working closely with Centre Managers to achieve operational and admissions targets.
The Operations & Marketing Manager will also be responsible for setting up recent schools, coordinating infrastructure readiness, vendor management, procurement of furniture, learning resources and equipment, managing logistics,
and ensuring centres are operational before launch. The role includes coordinating with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
Additional responsibilities include organising events, managing marketing agencies, tracking campaign performance, analysing MIS reports, identifying business development opportunities, and ensuring high standards of quality across all centres.
