Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end brand operations on the Myntra marketplace.
- Drive sales growth through assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Execute and optimize Product Listing Ads (PLA) and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor catalog health, product listings, inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
- Coordinate with Myntra account managers for business growth opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversions, ROAS, and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, cataloging, and marketing teams.
- Resolve marketplace issues related to orders, returns, claims, and catalog errors.
- Ensure marketplace compliance and platform guideline adherence.
- Support Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations whenever required.
- Identify opportunities for category expansion and revenue growth.

Required Skills:




- Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Charts, Data Analysis).
- Experience with Product Listing Ads (PLA).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Inventory and order management knowledge.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Brand Management.
- Mandatory experience managing Myntra Marketplace.
- Experience with Amazon and Flipkart is preferred.
