Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager:
Location: Bengaluru | Experience: 8-12 Years | Qualification: BBM/MBA (HR Preferred) | Work Mode: WFO (5 Days):
Role Summary:
LG Soft India is looking for an experienced L&D; Manager to drive organizational learning, capability development, leadership programs, and employee development initiatives. The role requires expertise in learning strategy, program management, LMS administration, stakeholder management, facilitation, and learning analytics.:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement learning and capability-building strategies aligned with business goals.:
Design and facilitate leadership, behavioral, technical, and professional development programs.:
Manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and evaluations.:
Administer LMS, maintain learning records, and support certification initiatives.:
Analyze learning data, prepare MIS/dashboard reports, and measure training effectiveness.:
Drive employee development programs, learning campaigns, induction programs,



and certification initiatives.:
Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, training partners, and vendors to execute learning interventions.:
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.:
Robust facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.:
Advanced Excel and reporting skills with experience in data analytics.:
Experience with LMS platforms and learning effectiveness measurement.:
Exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools and digital learning platforms.:
Preferred experience in IT, Software, Engineering, or R&D; organizations.:
