Job Summary

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPackaging Operations
- Prepare finished socks for packing according to customer specifications.
- Verify product quantity, size, color, design, and packing standards before dispatch.
- Ensure proper folding, tagging, labeling, barcoding, and carton packing.
- Maintain packing accuracy to minimize customer complaints and returns.
- Follow daily packaging targets and production schedules.

Computer & Documentation
- Update packing reports in Excel or ERP software.
- Generate packing lists, carton labels, invoices, and dispatch documents.
- Record production output, dispatch quantities, and inventory movement.
- Maintain digital records of shipments and customer orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly packaging reports.

Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor availability of packing materials (boxes, polybags, tags, stickers, tapes, etc.).
- Coordinate with stores for timely replenishment.
- Maintain stock records of finished goods and packing materials.
- Report shortages or discrepancies immediately.

Quality Control




- Inspect products before packing for defects or incorrect specifications.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards.
- Separate and report defective or damaged products.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Ensure cartons are properly labeled for shipment.
- Verify dispatch quantities against customer purchase orders.
- Assist in loading and shipment documentation.

Workplace Organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected packaging area.
- Follow company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Required Skills:
- Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, ERP software preferred)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fa
